BA in business and AA in fashion design. 20+ years creating lifestyle brands. Sylvia started her branding career working for consumer good brands such as PepsiCo, Kraft, Nestle, Diageo.

A brand marketing professional with 20+ years of experience in strategic and creative thinking for hospitality and lifestyle brands. A Cornell Hotel School graduate, Lilaj has spent the majority of her career working for hospitality brands such as Soho House, Gansevoort and Sexy Fish. No matter her post, she fulfills her job by embracing the ever-changing rule(less) world of branding and marketing.
