OUR BRAND WORK FOR THE MOORE

Originally known as The Gem, this 80-room boutique hotel was acquired by New York developers, Todd Cohen and Terrence Lowenberg in 2021. At the time of purchase, the property was run down, poorly rated, and had no F&B outlets. However, it did have a loyal customer base and was housed in Chelsea, a coveted and lively neighborhood.

La Conceptualist was brought in to rename, rebrand, and reposition the hotel.  The scope included: Visual and logo Identity. Web Design. Brand Narrative. Collateral Design. Photography Direction. Environmental Signage. Uniforms… the works.
